OUR HISTORY

Two Divisions United to Deliver Exceptional Outcomes

A Plus Rail and Civil was formed through the natural integration of two specialist divisions—one focused on civil construction, the other on railway signalling. After years of working side by side on complex rail infrastructure projects, the decision was made to formally unite under a single name and purpose. Today, we are a highly experienced team capable of delivering full-scope labour hire, construction, welding and project management services.

Our workforce includes civil and rail professionals, project managers, safety specialists and tradespeople—all working together to deliver reliable, compliant and safe project outcomes. As an Indigenous- and woman-owned business, we take pride in creating meaningful opportunities and lasting value for both our clients and our communities.
